Equipment & Parts	Enlarge the hole on Sakigawa
Put the Tsuru though Sakigawa	Put the Tsuru though the other hole on Sakigawa	Make the Tsuru in to a loop
Put the end of the Tsuru through the loop	Cross the end of the looped Tsuru over the other end	Put the other end through the loop made in step 5
Pull both ends	Make sure it is tight	Cut off the Extra Length of the Tsuru
